Who we are

What we collect and why

• Enquiry and call-booking forms: your name, email or phone number, business name, type of training, whether you have a website, and any message you write. We use this to reply to you, arrange a call and, if you ask, prepare a website draft. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (IONOS) records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and reliability.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the site and handle your enquiry: IONOS (web hosting and email). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Video

The video on our home page is hosted by YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, YouTube may set cookies and collect data under Google's privacy policy. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The only third-party content is the YouTube video described above, which loads only when you choose to play it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, and object to its use. Email Zeshan.khan@ashtonvail.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
